curely connected to Navigation
Head Unit.
And check the connectivity in
diagnostic mode.
Is the SAT radio sound re-
stored?
SAT radio is a paid service.
Did the customer’s subscrip-
tion expire? Or, did the free
subscription provided by a
dealer expire?
Yes
Contact Satellite Radio
company and renew the
subscription.
The problem was solved.
Check XM output power from
Navigation Head Unit. (1P con-
nector G, type 5V )
Is XM within specification?
Check antenna system
(Antenna wire harness,
Roof antenna, etc.)

from Navigation Head
Unit and connect a
known good external
antenna to Navigation
Head Unit. Is the SAT
radio sound restored?
Replace Navigation
Head Unit.

cult due to something blocking
the area above the vehicle?

check it again.
