Setting Silent Mode
Set Silent mode pressing and holding DISP/BACK.
Use this mode for taking pictures in places where the use
of flash and making an operation or shutter sound are
restricted.
Flash mode is set to suppressed flash and operation
sound, shutter sound, voice memo playback sound and
the self-timer lamp are disabled.

• Press and hold DISP/BACK again to release Silent
mode.
• Flash will light only in [

• Release Silent mode to change flash mode or sound
volume.
• Silent mode cannot be set while playing back movies or
voice memos.
