Ｖａｌｖｅ Ｓｅｃｔｉｏｎ
Remove the valve cover (15), packing (16), and
pull out the spring (12), and the spring cap (13).
Remove screws (71) and take off the valve casing (9).
Take out the valve arm (14) and pull out the control
valve (10). Remove screw (70) and pull out the valve
sleeve (11).
Ｍｏｔｏｒ Ｓｅｃｔｉｏｎ
Remove snap ring (54). The rotor case (2), vane (4),
and side plate (8) can now be disassembled.
The rotor (3), rotor thrust washer (5),
ball bearing (45), side plate (7)
and screw (71) can not be disassembly.
REPLACE THE MOTOR SECTION
WHEN IT WAS JAMMED.
Ｂｒａｋｅ Ｓｅｃｔｉｏｎ
Remove the rear cover (37). Pull out the
brake bolt (66) and the brake spring (34).
Pullout the valve shaft (21) from the brake side.
