Procedures

Since elliptical machine is full of 
moving parts with joints, parts are 
related to each other and proper 
lubrication is important. Lubricating 
with heavy viscosity lubricant while 
maintaining or replacing parts can 
eliminate potential problems. 

2.

 

There are many causes for 
un-smoothness. Slide wheels moving 
parallel and freely on the rail is the 
key factor which is affected by the 
pedal arm parallel to the rail and 
perpendicular to the bearing housing. 
Handle bars must connect freely to 
connecting arms, the true circle of 
slide wheels without slippage.
