PROBLEMS

Some operation problems are due to causes that can be eliminated easily without
appealing to the technical service. Pay attention to the following indications:

Is the dryer plugged in?
Plug the dryer into a grounded
outlet.
Dryer doesn´t work
Power switch on ?
Turn the power switch on.
Does the hot air turbine work
correctly ?
Place a tablespoon full of sawdust
near the exit and check if turbine
retire the sawdust to verify if it
works correctly. If it doesn´t retire
it, the turbine doesn´t work.
Are you feeding the machine
with an excess of cutlery ?
An excess of cutlery avoid that the
dryer carries out a good work.
Rememeber that you should feed
the machine in handfuls of 12 or 15
cutlery approximately leaving small
intervals among them.
Is it working with too used
sawdust ?
If the sawdust have lost its initial
granulated is possible that it
adheres to place setting. In this
case you should change the
sawdust.
Is vegetable sawdust too
humid ?
If you observe that the sawdust has
a high degree of humidity, leave the
machine working without cutlery
during half and hour so that the
humidity excess is eliminated.
Going out of the sawdust to the
exterior
Have you washed the cutlery
correctly ?
Maybe the cutlery have not been
washed correctly and have a slight
grease cloak. This cloak is causing
that remains come out. In this case
you must wash the cutlery correctly
again.
Are you feeding the machine
correctly ?
An excess of cutlery prevents that
the carries out a good work.
Remember that you should feed the
machine in handfuls of 12 or 5
pieces approximately leaving small
intervals among them.
Have you introduced any
outsize piece ?
Remember that the machine has
been designed for drying and
polishing cutlery. We don´t advise to
introduce pieces too big
Cutlery block.
Is there a piece obstructing
the step to the other ones ?
Disconnect the machine pushing the
red stop button, elevate the cover
carefully and retire the piece that
has produced the block
.
