INDICATIONS

CYCLE ACTIVE, START ASCENT

An  acoustic  signal  device  has  been  installed  in  the  electrical
panel. It activates before cycle start and lasts a few seconds as a
warning  each  time  the  automatic  program  is  run.  The  operator
will therefore be able to exit the danger zone before the machine
starts operation.
The  machine  will  start  operating  only  after  this  period  has
elapsed.

MACHINE ALARMS / RESET

If  the  emergency  stop  or  any  other  safety  device  is  triggered,  the
wrapping  machine’s  automatic  program  will  stop;  this  can  be
ascertained  also  on  the  control  panel’s  display.  Wrapping  can
resume  only  after  having  removed  the  cause  of  the  error  and
pressed  the  Reset  button  on  the  electrical  cabinet.  By  doing  this,
the “fault” is reset and power is restored, obviously assuming that
the  emergency button has been released or  that the cause  of the
“fault” that triggered the Error has been solved.

The  turntable  and  the  carriage  return  to  the  machine’s  zero
position.
