Blackout alarm
When a blackout occurs during a cycle in progress, when the machine is switched on again, it restarts from where it
was when it occurred.
The blast chilling time tolerance is 10 minutes.
The buzzer can be silenced by touching the display.
10.1.11.
Anisakis Killer Cycle failed alarm
The fish sanitation cycle is divided into the following three stages:
- blast chilling with chamber set at -40°C(AK1) until the needle probe reaches -18°C (AK2).
- holding for 24 hours (AK3) with Chamber setpoint at -20°C.
- storage with Chamber setpoint at -20°C (AK4).
When the temperature detected by the needle probe reaches the end of blast chilling temperature, the device will
automatically switch to holding. During holding, the blast chilling end temperature also establishes the working setpoint
during holding.
Once holding is complete, the device automatically switches to storage.
The needle insertion test is always performed at the beginning of the cycle, if the test is not completed successfully the
cycle is blocked and an
Anisakis
Killer
cycle
failed
alarm is triggered.

If the blast chilling has not ended within the time set by SetTime, the TimeOut alarm is triggered:
The blast chilling continues, the alarm is stored in the HACCP log.
The TimeOut alarm
stops automatically when the blast chilling ends.
Once blast chilling is complete, storage occurs regularly.
1.
The cooling times depend on the nature of the product
Thickness, % of water, fat, sugar, type and height of container, product weight and starting
temperature determine the cycle time
See user manual chapter on how to correctly load the equipment and which cycle to use
2.
Check that the core probe reads the temperature correctly
3.
Check that the cell probe reads the temperature correctly
4.
Make sure the equipment cools properly
Start a timed -18°C cycle and check that the chamber temperature reaches
-25°C within 20 minutes with chamber empty
If the equipment is slow in cooling
