1. plate.
2. Drill a 4 mm hole through the plate. Take care
that the drill chuck will not damage the frontpla-
te of the oven (on the right hand side).
3. Tap M5 screw thread in the hole. Use some cut-
ting oil
4. Repeat step 2 untill step 5 for the hinge on the
left side.
5. Mount the door. See service manual.
6. Again tap the M5 screw thread in both hinges.
This is necessary because the hinge of the moun-
ted door comes a little higher than the 4 mm
drilled hole. The Tap will cut a little thread on top
of the hinge. Tap the thread as follows. One turn
c.w. followed by one turn c.c.w. and use cutting
oil.
7. Lock the hinges with a screw M5x12. (part nr.
0211520).
8. Remove all metal chips from drilling and tapping.
9. Lubricate the hinges and test them. (Lubricate
with silicon grease 3701278)
10. Mount the side panel.
