This description is meant for improving the performance of the doorhinge.
After a certain time, the doorhinge can go a little stiff. When closing the door in such
case, the door is lifted a little and does not close properly.
This modification solves this problem.
The necessary tools:
A drilling template, provided by Fri-Jado.

A drilling machine with 4mm drill.
A tap M5 with tap wrench.

Description.
1. Remove the left side panel and the door with hinges.
Therefore follow the steps 1 t/m 8 from the chapter
“replacing the hinge of a “drop down” door” in the
Service manual.
2. Remove the upper screw of the hinge holder and
mount the driling template with one screw. Note the
position of the drilling hole.
