A pop up message appears, select YES and press

Each time the PVR is switched on from being switched off at the mains or from Powersave Standby
mode it automatically performs a HDD check. It is not necessary to perform this manually unless your
unit has not been switched off for an extended period or you are not using Powersave mode and you
are having problems.
