NOTE:
It is recommended that you apply grease to the threads of each bolt as you assemble your
treadmill, to prevent loosening and noise. Also, during each assembly step, ensure that ALL nuts and
bolts are in place and partially threaded in before completely tightening any ONE bolt.

Connect All Wires
1.
Place console masts to
upright position.

Tighten bolts/washers

with the allen
wrench provided.
1.
Place pulse grip handlebars
to its correct position.
2.
Tighten bolts B with the
allen wrench provided.
NOTE:
Do not pinch grip pulse
wires.

Connect both pulse grip and
console mast wires. Carefully
tuck wires in mast to avoid
damage.
NOTE:
Do not pinch wires

Attach the console to the
pulse grips. Again, carefully
tuck all wires in mast to avoid
damage.
2.
Tighten bolts B with the
allen wrench provided.
NOTE:
Do not pinch wires
It is now safe to plug in your
treadmill to a dedicated circuit.
