The Relay (controls the solenoid which opens the fuel flow to create the vacuum)
In the example below, we named our Water Separator “North Diesel Tank Water/Separator 1”
and scheduled to run at 8:00 PM. The pump was programmed in the pump section and was
selected “North Diesel STP". The Relay is the location that the control solenoid is connected—in
our example, Relay 1 in the Power Supply Module.
Water Separator Probe
The probe in the water containment vessel can be connected to the system via the probe module
or the Multiplexing Sensor Hub (FMP-MSH). Use the drop-down selector and corresponding
module and channel options to reflect your installation.
In our example, the probe is connected to Multiplexer Input 2. The FMP-MSH is connected to
channel 1 of an RS-485 Module in slot 1 located in the EVO™ 600 ATG.
Note:
The water offset should be 0.00 inches but can be field adjusted when the water float is in
the bottom position.
Flow Offset is a parameter that is used if needed to adjust the flow sensor on the Probe. The
default setting is -0.34 in. This parameter can be manually adjusted or by using the Auto-
Configure Flow Offset Tool.
Auto-Configure Flow Offset Tool
The Auto-Configure Offset Tool is located on the Water Separator Status page. Locate under
Monitoring>>>Water Separator Status
