Request for milk to be refilled. Depending on the programming, it is
re-fill milk
possible to dispense up to another 5 milk products before milk
products are disabled.
Has the milk container been correctly inserted?
If the cooling unit is not switched on, this message also
appears. Please check whether the mains plug has been inserted
and check whether the red lamp of the on/off switch on the cooling
unit lights up. If inserting the mains plug and switching on the
cooling cabinet does not solve the problem, please contact the
customer service.
2.1.1 Messages during use with chip cards
product distribution
If a chip card is inserted during product dispensing, this message

appears. You must remove the chip card and you cannot reinsert
it until product dispensing is complete.
wrong ID- number
The installation number is not identical. This message appears if

a Download Card of another machine is inserted. This card does
not function on this coffee machine. Ascertain whether you are
using the Download Card assigned to the coffee machine.
wrong card
The installation number is not identical. The user’s Adjust Card is

Card assigned to the coffee machine.
wrong pin-code
The wrong Pin Code of the card was input. Remove the card from

the card reader and try again. There is no limit to the number of
attempts.
* reading error
The chip card was inserted the wrong way round or there is dirt on

the chip. Clean the chip with a soft cloth (without the addition of
cleaning agent, etc.) and reinsert the card into the card reader. If
the message still appears, the chip card is defective. Contact the
Service Department.
