6. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
The operations described in this chapter must only be carried out by authorised and qualified
personnel, using suitable personal protective equipment.
Before carrying out any work on the appliance, disconnect it from mains
and water supply.
FAULT

The unit does not start
Power failure
Check connections and power supply
The rotating disc does not
spin (or stops during
operation) but water is
recirculated by the pump
Motor power failure
Check the motor power supply line
The engine is faulty
Check and replace if necessary
Triggering of the motor
thermal protection
(overheating)
Disconnect from mains, identify and
eliminate the cause of overheating. Wait for
the motor to cool down and restart the unit
The spinning disc rotates but
water is not sprayed
Pump power failure
Check the pump supply line
The water supply circuit is
disconnected
Check the water supply pipe and the flow
control valve
The pump is clogged
Clean pump and water tank
The pump and/or the
water circuit has air inside
Bleed the water circuit by disconnecting the
hose from the control valve
Faulty pump
Check and replace if necessary
The float valve does not fill
the water tank correctly
Check float operation and adjustment,
replace if needed
Coarse water atomization
The fixed disc is dirty
Clean the fixed disc
The spinning disc is too far
from the fixed disc
Check that the 4mm spacer is correctly
positioned
Clogged or dirty nozzle
Check nozzle, clean if needed
The unit has abnormal
vibrations
The spinning disc is
broken or incorrectly
mounted
Check the rotating disc and replace if
needed
Faulty motor
Check the motor and replace if needed
