5.2 Wiring diagrams
Make sure that the characteristics of the electrical supply voltage comply with those
indicated in the table.
Use cables with an appropriate section for the rated current (A) of the device (see Par. 5.1
"Technical specifications").
Install a magnetothermal differential circuit breaker in the power supply circuit upstream of
the unit.
For three-phase version only: connect the motor thermal protector to an external power cut-off
circuit via the two terminals on the motor cable marked "4" and "5".
Make sure that:
•
all electrical connections have been made according to the instructions
contained in this manual;
•
the appliance has been correctly grounded;
•
all applicable safety regulations have been complied with;
If the power supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or his technical
assistance service or by a person with similar qualifications, in order to prevent any risk.
N.B.
: On three-phase models, check the direction of rotation of the disc. If it is opposite to the
direction shown in the figure, invert the connection of two phases (e.g. U1 and V1) to change
the direction of rotation.
