MFC-101 Display Offset

MFC-101 Display Offset
is used to offset the numbers of MFC-101 presets so they match the preset numbers of a connected
Axe-Fx using display offset (causing its presets to be numbered 1-384 instead of 0-383).
NOTE:
This is purely a user interface setting and does not impact MIDI output.

MIDI Channel Display Offsets

MIDI Channel Display Offsets
is used to set up the MFC-101 so that its user interface shows program numbers beginning from
1 instead of 0 for a connected device located at a given MIDI channel.
The
PARAMETER
footswitches move between MIDI Channel and Display Offset parameters.
Change this setting to 1 for the MIDI channel of any connected device which numbers its presets from 1 instead of 0.
NOTE:
The MFC-101 has a separate dedicated Display Offset setting for a connected Axe-Fx (
).
NOTE:

MIDI Channel Names

MIDI Channel Names
is used to set “friendly” names representing the various devices connected to the MFC-101 on MIDI
Channels 1-16.
The
PARAMETER
footswitches move the cursor between the MIDI Channel parameter and individual characters of the
MIDI Channel Name.
The name of a selected channel appears briefly as a memory aid when the
NAMES
footswitch is pressed while the cursor is in
any “Midi Channel” parameter on any MFC-101 menu page.
