7.3.2 Assembling the mast
Before the ascent of the car, check whether the base unit is standing
securely.

Press UP button (on car control) and ascend in the car until the proximity switch at the
end of the mast stops the ascent.

Dismantle the top limit cam (Fig. 26)

Use the self erecting device to lift up a mast section from inside the car.

Fit the mast section on the pipes of the mast (1)

Bolt down the mast with the four bolts (2) insert the
bolts (2) with washers from above.

Tighten with washers and nuts (3).


Note
Per mast, 4 bolts M24-3.00 x 260 mm Lg Grade 8.8 zinc with 8 washers and nylon lock nuts
are required. Tightening torque
350 Nm .
7.4 Mast tie

Mount the first mast tie in at a height
of max. 30ft (9 m).

Install the tie (1) in the mast.

Install the mast section (2).

Take off the turnbuckle screws and
install the wall attachment into the
wall.

Adjust the turnbuckle and fasten the
turnbuckle screws.

Use the turnbuckle to adjust the
mast
