•
Check saw blade’s tensioning.
•
Loosen the wing screw (A)
Fig. 7
.
•
By using a square, place the workbench at right angles to the saw blade and tighten the wing screw (A)
Fig. 7
.
•
Loosen the back nut (B)
Fig. 5
and move the slot screw (A) until it reaches the frame under the
workbench.

When you obtain the squareness of the workbench, tighten the back nut firmly (B)
Fig. 5
.
ASSEMBLY OF THE GUIDE’S RAIL
•
Fix the guide’s rail on the workbench (I)

and the
corresponding washers in rail’s kerfs and in the holes located under the workbench
Fig. 6
.
•
Tighten the hexagonal-headed screws firmly (E) in order that guide’s rail is correctly locked.
ASSEMBLY OF THE RIP FENCE
The rip fence (N)
Fig. 1
can be assembled on the right or on the left of the saw blade.
Place the guide on the desired measure while trying to place it parallel to the blade, then lock it by lowering the
lever (A)
Fig. 8
. To unlock it again, raise the same lever (A).
If it does not block, raise the lever, screw in it and try again.
ASSEMBLY OF THE GONIOMETER

You can fix goniometer’s fence by using 2 thumb nuts (D)

.
•
To assemble the goniometer, make it slide in the right groove, then select the desired angle and lock it with
the thumb knob (B)
Fig. 8
you have previously loosened.
CONNECTION OF THE DUST COLLECTION DEVICE
In the bandasaw there is a coupling (A)
Fig. 10
to which you can connect the pipe of an external dust collector to
extract the dust and wood shavings.
We recommend you to always connect a dust collector when processing wood and to use a dust mask.
If you do not have a dust collector, we recommend you to work outdoors, with a dust mask and for short periods of
time.
You must periodically remove wood shavings piling up inside the bandsaw and in pulley’s compartments.
DANGER!
The dust of certain types of wood, as for example oak, beech or ash-tree has been proved to be
especially dangerous for human health. We recommend you to work outdoors, to use an efficient dust
collection device and personal safety devices as for example dust masks.
