The rechargeable battery is low. Charge the battery for 12 hours. If
this doesn

t help then press the reset button (see below).
When using the power adapter the internal temperature rises
The EcoLog XL has a built in rechargeable battery pack. The battery
life is about 50 hours in operational mode and 2 months in stand-by
mode. The power adapter is used for changing the batteries. While
charging the battery pack increases the temperature. Please
disconnect the power adaptor after the batteries are fully charged.
Charging time is 12 hours

garbled.
You need to reset EcoLog XL. Open the battery cover at the back of
EcoLog XL and use a pen to push the brown rectangle
reset
button
(see picture below)
