Bow Thruster:
The bow thruster allows you to move the boat laterally, allowing you
to push away from or pull towards the dock, or for low speed maneu-
vering while off plane. The bow thruster has it’s own battery and
charger located under the forward stateroom v-berth. Confirm that
the switch mounted in this compartment is “ON” if the bow thruster
does not operate. Refer to the manufacturers operations manual for
the installed thruster for detailed operation and service procedures.
Turn on the BOW THRUSTER breaker on the Main AC panel
Use the switch pad at the dash to maneuver the boat
Auxiliary Bilge Pump:
Auxiliary bilge pumps are located in the engine compartment, one on
the portside transom and one on the starboard transom. These
pumps (water puppies) remove the excess low level water in the
engine compartment that the regular bilge pumps cannot access.
Water is routed from the strainer in the aft engine compartment
through a filter, to the pump, out through the sea chest and out of the
boat via a thru-hull (port and starboard sides)
A sensor located underneath the center of the engine room floor sets
off an indicator light located next to the ACC (water puppies) switch
light on the dash. Pumps should be turned on if the warning light is
on or if the water is accumulating in the engine compartment. Pumps
should be switched off when water has been removed.
For additional convenience, there is an on/ off switch on the star-
board side of the engine compartment.
