Reassembly:
Push the inner tube (7) into the tyre (8).
Inflate the inner tube until it is unfolded.
Place the outer rim (6) in the tyre, at the
same time make sure the valve cutout is
above the inner tube valve.
Place the inner rim (5) in the tyre and
align the fixing holes.
Place the wheel hub (4) in the inner
wheel rim.
Locate the lock washer (3) screw on the
nuts (2) and tighten evenly.
Inflate the time to the correct pressure
(18 - 20 hPa / 1.8 - 2.0 bar / 25 - 28 PSI).
Dismantling the wheel rims:
Loosen the three nuts (2) with a socket
spanner (size 12 mm) and remove
together with the lock washers (3).
Separate the wheel hub (4) from the
wheel rim.
Remove the inner wheel rim (5) from the
tyre.
Remove the outer wheel rim (6) from the
tyre.
Pull the inner tube (7) out of the tyre (8).

Remove the damaged wheel.
Unscrew the valve cap (1).
Carefully press the valve plunger (a)
inwards with a screwdriver until the
inner tube is completely deflated.
Risk of accidents!
• Dismantle the wheel rims only
when the inner tube is completely
deflated.
