VEHICLE STATUS QUERY
The status of the remote-starters or alarm system can be queried via remote
control with the following procedure:
STEP 1
AUX
X1
Press the AUX button for one second and
release.
STEP 2
The LED will start flashing Blue.
STEP 3
AUX
X1
Press the AUX button for one more
second and release.

equipped)

The vehicle is running by remote-start.
NOTE:
It is possible to program the module to prolong the life of the remote control
batteries. When this feature is enabled the module does not transmit an alarm status to
the remote control when the alarm is triggered. Ask the installer or sales representative
for more details.
COLD START TIMER MODE
Cold Start Timer Mode will activate the Remote-Starter every 1.5 or 3 hours and will run
for 4 minutes (9 to 20 minutes for diesel engines). The Remote-Starter will repeat this
sequence for up to a maximum of 24 hours. For manual transmission vehicle’s Ready
Mode must be enabled for this to work, and if at any time Ready Mode is disable the
sequence will be cancelled.
To enable Cold Start Timer Mode proceed with the following steps.
Simultaneously Press
(Unlock)
and
(Start)
buttons for 1
second until the parking light flash once.
To disable Cold Start Timer Mode do any of the following:
• Simultaneously Press Unlock and Start buttons for 1 second until the parking light flash
twice.
• Put the Remote-Starter/alarm into Valet Mode.
• Remote-Start the vehicle.
• Open the hood.
• Press the brake pedal.
• Turn the key to the ignition
(ON / RUN)
position.
• Disable Ready Mode (manual transmission).
Note: If the Alarm is triggered during Remote-Start (Cold Start), the vehicle will stop
running, but Cold Start will not cancel it’s schedule.
AUXILIARY USE (5 BUTTON TRANSMITTER ONLY)
Aux 1 : Drivers side sliding door (if installed) :
Press the button
AUX
button (the remote light flash slowly) you
have 12 seconds to press the button
(Lock)
(the remote
light flashes rapidly). Repeat this sequence to close the driver
side sliding door.
