3. Press the MEDIA FEED button so its light turns
ON
.
4. Feed one test document to determine the imprint
position.
5. If the imprint position is not in the desired position,
re-adjust it using the IMPRINT POSITIONING
controls.
6. Toggle the IMPRINT POSITIONING LIGHT
ON
to
move the imprint position approximately
1 inch
or
toggle the IMPRINT POSITIONING LIGHT
OFF
to
move the imprint position approximately

7. Press IMPRINT POSITIONING
↑
UP
to move the
imprinting position toward the trailing edge of the
document. The amount the imprint position moves is
determined by the IMPRINT POSITIONING LIGHT
selection.
8. Press
↓
DOWN
to move the imprinting position toward
the leading edge of the document. The amount the
imprint position moves is determined by the IMPRINT
POSITIONING LIGHT selection.
NOTE
Match the IMPRINT POSITION setting to the length
of the document. A high setting may position the
imprint beyond the trailing edge of a short
document. This results in a non-imprinted
document. If this occurs, the counter will not
count that document.
