Seats
To return the seatback to its upright
position:
Pull the release straps down and 1.
hold them there.
Push the seatback to the upright 2.
position.
Removing the bench seats
WARNINGS
Plug the bolt holes that are
exposed when you remove the
seats to prevent exhaust fumes from
entering the vehicle.
The bench seat weighs 89
kilograms.
CAUTION
Store the seat in a dry and secure
place.
Fold the seatback forwards. 1.
Pull the release up and hold it there. 2.
Gently pull the seat backwards until 3.
the front of the seat frame clears the
catches on the floor.
Remove the seat. 4.
Install the seat in the reverse order.
HEAD RESTRAINTS
Adjusting the head restraint
WARNING
Raise rear head restraint when the
rear seat is occupied by a
passenger or a child restraint.
Adjust the head restraint so that the top
of it is level with the top of your head.
Removing the head restraint
Press the locking buttons and remove
the head restraint.
