Measure the voltage between transfer case electric shift motor C1001-5, circuit 771 (P/Y), and ground.
Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
Yes
REPAIR circuit 771 (P/Y). CLEAR the DTCs. TEST the system for normal operation.
