Note:
Beware of nesting birds in the
hedge. Do not cut the hedge until
birds have fledged or do not cut this
part of the hedge.
Note:
•
If the power tool is damaged or
vibrates unusually, it must be re-
paired by a service centre before it
is used again.
•
After use, stop the motor and wait
until all rotating parts have come to
a standstill.
•
Place the protection hood on the
cutter bar.
•
Cut the hedge in a trapezoidal
shape. This prevents the lower part
of the hedge from losing its foliage
due to lack of light.

Cut the upper edges of the hedge
slightly round.
•
Cut in several stages if heavy trim-
ming is required.
•
Peg out a string line if you want to
cut the hedge evenly.
•
Trim the young hedge plants to the
required shape. The main shoot
should not be damaged until the
hedge has reached the required
height. All other shoots can be cut
back to half their height.
•
Dispose the clippings properly
and in an environmentally friendly
manner.
