The authentication dialog box appears. 
Enter your user name and password.

To change the network address, change the settings and click 

Submit

Changes will be applied after rebooting or 8-8 

“Restart” is performed.

The authentication dialog box will not appear if the User Name and Password setting boxes are 
left empty.
