- If you are placing the cable on a ceiling with metal structure and/or panels, install the loop only a few
centimetres away from the panels. If the signal is not strong enough make a double loop to increase the
signal strength, although you will lose the higher frequencies of the audio.
- For installations on the fl oor with wire mesh, if you cannot place the induction loop elsewhere, use a
plastic conduit to install the loop and place it as far away from the mesh as possible.
- The induction loop must not be placed at the height of the listener’s head unless a distance between
loop and hearing aid of 1.2 m. can be guaranteed A distance smaller than this may provide a signal that
is too strong.
- In induction loops 20% of the amplifi cation power is lost in every 1.5 m, so it is recommended not to
install the induction loop more than 3 m above the listener’s head.
- Install the amplifi er in such a way that you can easily see the indicator lights on the amplifi er and check
that it is working properly. The position of the microphone must also be taken into account so that the
cable can be connected to the MIC IN input.
- Avoid placing the microphone near noise sources such as a fan, phone, computer, etc.
- Connect the induction loop to the LOOP OUT output on the rear panel of the amplifi er along the most
direct path possible, keeping the horizontal.

CONNECTIONS
- Make the connections of the AUX IN and MIC IN audio inputs and set the 3 controls to their minimum
position.
- Connect the supplied loop cable. Place the cable in position and connect the DIN 8 pin connectors
to close the loop. Check that the cable is not damaged and install the induction loop according to the
current regulations.
- Connect the two stripped terminals to the output LOOP OUT on the amplifi er.
NOTE:
pay attention to this connection, the contact between the stripped wire and the euroblock terminal
must be optimal to avoid unwanted resistance.
- Connect the amplifi er to the mains, turn on the audio sources and turn on the amplifi er.
