> The VISCOFLUX lite Ex must only be used for the intended purpose.

> Wear antistatic clothes.
Attention!
> Observe the EC type examination certificate and the certificate of
conformity, respectively.
> The pump must not be used as a stationary unit in hazardous
locations.

> Do not leave drum emptying system unattended during operation.
Attention!
> Operate the drum emptying system only with a suitable hose.
> Observe the maximum permitted operating pressure of the hose.
Attention!
> Regularly check the drum emptying system, the motor, pump, hoses
and cables for operational safety.
Attention!
> The pump must not be operated against a closed outlet.
Attention!
If the hose is completely emptied, the air compressed in the hose can
cause a loud bang when suddenly released.
Attention!
Impairment of function: drums must show no sign of damage.
Attention!
It is possible that small amounts of the material to be pumped will pass
through the seal and collect on the top of the follower plate.
