VIBRONET Installation 06.2016
Connecting the relay outputs
The system has two relay outputs for the output of binary alarm and
warning signals. Use a standard 2-wire electrical cable (12 AWG) for
signal transmission.
• Open the VIBRONET Signalmaster cabinet.
• Open a suitable fitting M12 on the bottom of the cabinet and remo-
ve the sealing.
• Lay a cable loop (approx. 30 cm).
• Insert the open cable end through the open fitting.
• Strip off the cable end.
• Crimp on the wire ends matching cable end sleeves.
• Connect the wires according to the following wiring plan.
• Tighten down the open fitting.

Relay configuration
The outputs can be defined as 'closers' or 'openers':
Output as 'closer' (COM & closer): If the measurement signal exceeds
the selected alarm threshold, the switch 'closes' the contact and, thus,
indicates that the alarm value has been exceeded.
Output as 'opener' (COM & opener): If the measurement signal ex-
ceeds the selected alarm threshold, the switch 'opens' the contact and,
thus, indicates that the alarm value has been exceeded.
