5.9 Model LTD-04 

5.9.1 Assembly 

The LTD-04 model consists of two components, the sensor itself and a special air purge. These two components 
are  supplied  separately  in  an  unassembled  state.  Therefore,  before  installation,  the  LTD-04  model  must  be 
assembled as follows: 

1.  Make sure that the supplied mounting bracket - or an adequate mounting fixture - is attached to the sensor 

with the mounting nut. 

2.  There is a sticker with an arrow on the sensor body. For correct assembly, now screw the air purge onto 

the sensor only until the arrowhead is in line with the connection fitting for the air injection.

Note 

The air purge is specially designed for the LTD-04 model. This air purge is not identical with the air purge 

according to section 13.2.9

instructions may result in incorrect measurements. 

Note 

Each air purge is uniquely assigned to the sensor. The air purge must not be interchanged even within the
