Autotest in Loopback Mode

Use 

Loopback 

mode to do tests on spools of cable and segments 

of uninstalled cable.

In this mode, the tester measures loss and length at two 
wavelengths. If you turn on the 

Bi-Directional 

function, the tester 

makes measurements in both directions.

Figure 17 shows the equipment for tests in Loopback Mode.
