4. Use
Training
With the training program you can set your target time at a set distance and try
to finish before set time has elapsed. The computer will constantly update the
estimated finishing time depending on you current speed. Select the manual
program by pressing the
PROGRAM
key until TRAINING is displayed on screen. Then
press the
ENTER
key to confirm.

Set your target time by pressing the
INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED
- +
keys. Confirm
with the
ENTER
key.
2.
Set the desired running distance by pressing the
INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED
- +
keys. Confirm with the
ENTER
key.
3.
Press the
START
key to start the training session.
During the training session the speed and incline can be changed with the
INCLINE
pq
and
SPEED
- +
keys or with the quick keys within the handlebar. The training
session is finished when the set distance is reached. The computer will now show
your result: Better than target pace, achieved the target pace or slower than the
target pace.
