4. Use
Heart Rate controlled program
With the heart rate controlled program you are able to train at 60% of your maximum
heart rate or set your own target heart rate. The TM2.5 will compare the set heart
rate to your current heart rate and if necessary adjust the speed and / or incline
level to keep your heart rate at the set level. When training with this program the
computer must have a consistent reading or you heart rate. The computer can
register your heart rate by holding the hand pulse sensor in the hand rail or by
wearing an optional Flow Fitness chest belt.
1.
Select the heart rate controlled program by pressing the PROGRAM button until
‘THR 60 PCT’ displays on the screen, then press ENTER to confirm.

Set the desired training duration with the INCLINE
pq
or SPEED - + buttons.
Then press the START button to start the training at 60% of your maximum heart
rate. You are also able to set your own Target Heart Rate, press ENTER to go to
the next step.

Now you are able to set your Target Heart Rate (THR) by the INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED - + buttons. Press ENTER to confirm.
4.
Press START to start the training session.
When the computer cannot receive a heart rate signal a question mark will flash
next to the heart rate icon on the screen.
The training session is ended when the set time has elapsed.
