7. COOLING FAN REPLACEMENT 

 

7.1 COOLING FAN PREASSEMBLY 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

COOLING FAN OVERVIEW 

 
1. Plastic grid

 

2. Cooling fan 
3. Screw  
4. Fan bracket 
5. Rivet Ø3.1x5.5  

STEP 1:  

 
Place  the plastic grid on the front 
face (EBM logo on the motor) of the 
cooling fan.

 

STEP 2:  

 
Position the cooling  fan  on the fan 
bracket.

 

STEP 3:  

 
1.

 

Insert the two rivets in their 
location as shown on the 
image hereafter. 

 

2.

 

Finalize the assembly  by 
pressing the locking pins into 
position.  

COOLING FAN REAR VIEW 

Prepare the preassembly before replacing the old 
in the heat pump.
