Note also the material-dependent permissible ambient temperature of the flexible elements
(12) in accordance with section Flexible elements (12) (Page 64).
A coupling designed in accordance with the Explosion Protection Directive is suitable for the
following conditions of use:
• Equipment group I
– Category M2
• Equipment group II
– Category 2 and 3
– Group of substances G, zone 1 and 2
– Group of substances D, zone 21 and 22
– Explosion group IIA, IIB und IIC
– Explosion group IIA and IIB bei Verwendung elektrisch isolierender Pakete
