Installation des Apparats und Einordnung
von der Außenwand
a)
Lage des Radiators
1.
Stützplatte C wird gebraucht um das Apparat an
die Mauer zu befestigen und um die öffnung für
die Außenwand zu machen. (Fig. 2 – Fig. 4). Für
die Radiatoren MK3, MK4 und MK5, muss die
Befestigungslatte H (Fig. 4) auf die Stützplatte
montiert worden.
2.
Zeichnen Sie die Stützplatte C mit seinen
Befestigungspunkten und seiner
Außenwandöffnung an den dazu bestimmten Ort
auf die Mauer.
Achten Sie:
-
Die Stützplatte ist waagerecht
-
Die Asche der Außenwandöffnung befindet sich am
mindestens auf 475 mm der Bodenflache.
-
Der Abstand vom obersten Rand der Stützplatte bis
zur Fensterbank oder gleichviel welches anderen
Hindernis ist mindestens 80 mm.
-
Der Abstand vom untersten Rand der Stützplatte bis
zur Bodenflache ist mindestens 100mm.
-
Links vom Apparat, gibt es einen freien
Minimumabstand von 150mm für die Bedienung des
Geräts.
3.
Bohren Sie mit einem Ø12-Bohrer 3 Öffnungen K
für den MK2, 4 öffnungen K für den MK3 und
MK 4 und 5 Öffnungen K für den MK5 für die
Aufstellung der Stecker (Fig. 4)
4.
Bohren Sie ein Loch durch die Mauer mit einem
Ø von minimum 125mm für die Aufstellung der
Außenwand.
Note
: Wenn die Mauer an der Innen- oder der Aussenseite
mit brennbarem Material ausgeschlagen ist, muss diese
Bekleidung um die Aussenwand entfernt werden, so dass
es keinen Kontakt mit der Aussenwand gibt. Man muss
verhindern, dass einige Feuergefahr bestehen würde.
b)
Montage der Außenwand
Die Außenwand besteht aus den folgenden Bestandteilen
(Fig. 5):

Luftzufuhrrohr (T)
-
Abflußrohr für Dämpfe (V)
-
Windabschirmgitter (G)
-
Flansch (F)
-
Bügel (D)

a)
Location of the radiator
1.
Support plate C is used to attach the appliance to
the wall and to make the opening for the wall vent
( fig.2 – fig.4 ). For the radiators MK3, MK4 and
MK5, the fastening lath H (fig.4 ) should be
mounted on the support plate C.
2.
Trace the support plate C, with its attachment
points and its wall vent opening, onto the
designated place on the wall.
Ensure that:
-
the support plate is level
-
the centre of the wall vent opening is located at least
475 mm from the floor surface.
-
the distance from the upper edge of the support plate
to the window-ledge or any other obstacle is at least
80 mm.
-
the distance from the lower edge of the support plate
to the floor is at least 100 mm.
-
There is a minimum clearance of 150 mm to the left of
the appliance for the operation of the appliance.

Use a Ø 12 drill to make 3 holes K for the MK2,
4 holes K for the MK3 and MK4 and 5 holes K
for the MK5, for the insertion of the plugs (fig.4 ).

Drill a hole through the wa ll with a Ø of at least
125 mm, for the installation of the wall vent.
Note:
If the wall is covered with an inflammable
material on the inside or the outside, this cladding
must be removed around the wall vent so that there is
no contact between the inflammable material and the
wall vent. The possibility of any fire hazard must be
eliminated.
b)
Assembly of the wall vent
The wall vent consists of the following components
