SHOULDER LIFT
Lift your right shoulder up toward your ear for one count. Then lift your left shoulder up for one count
as you lower your right shoulder.
CALF-ACHILLES STRETCH
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of the right and your arms forward. Keep your right leg
straight and the left foot on the floor; then bend the left leg and lean forward by moving your hips toward
the wall. Hold, then repeat on the other side for 15 counts.
SIDE STRECH
Open your arms to the side and continue lifting them until they are over your head. Reach your right arm
as far upward toward the ceiling as you can for one count. Feel the stretch up your right side. Repeat
this action with your left arm.
TOE TOUCH
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward
your toes. Reach down as far as you can and hold for 15 counts.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

MODE: Press this button to select the desired function. Each time you
press this button, the function currently displayed on the screen will
be indicated. In the case of selecting the Scan function, the screen will
change every few seconds to show the different functions (Distance,
Calories, Odometer, Press, Speed, Time). Press and hold this button for
3 seconds to set all the values to 0.

SET: Press this button to set the value of the selected functions.

RESET: Press this button to delete the value of the current function.
FUNCTION:

DISTANCE: Accumulate the distances while exercising (0-99.99 Km).

CALORIES: Displays calories consumed while exercising (0-999.9 Kcal).

ODOMETER: Shows the total distance rode on the bike (0.00-999.9 Km).

PULSE: Shows the user pulse in real time (40-240 BPM (beats per minute)).

SPEED: Displayed the current speed (0.0-999.9 Km/h).

TIME: Displays work out time lapse while exercising (00:00-99:59 Min:Sec).

SCAN: Scan through each function between: Distance, Calories, Odometer, Pulse, Speed and Time.
