Optionally Usable
Simply clamp the holder for mobile devic-
es on top of the training device (

). When you do this, make sure that the

1. Setting the device up (see the "Posi-
tioning the Device" – "Setting Up the
Device for Use" chapter).

desired position. Make sure that the

do not come into contact during the
workout.

button for approx.
3 seconds to switch on the training
computer.
