Frequently
asked
questions
(FAQ)
1.
Why
do
I
hear
a
beeping
sound
even
after
I
selected
the
type
of
trip?
The
beeping
sound
is
completely
independent
of
the
selection;
it
goes
off
when
you
start
up
your
vehicle.
2.
Does
the
unit
record
my
trips
only
after
the
beeping
sound
goes
off?
No,
your
trips
start
being
recorded
as
soon
as
your
vehicle
starts
moving.
The
beeping
sound
is
just
to
remind
you
to
select
a
type
of
trip
if
it
is
not
already
done.
3.
Is
it
possible
to
reduce
the
beeping
sound
or
turn
it
off?
Yes,
but
only
at
request.
You
have
to
contact
the
technical
support
to
make
the
request.
4.
When
I
press
a
button,
I
cannot
press
another
one
immediately
after.
There
is
a
3
second
delay
between
each
action
to
limit
errors.
5.
What
happens
if
I
selected
the
wrong
type
of
trip?
No
problem,
if
your
trip
has
not
ended
you
can
change
it
at
any
time;
the
unit
will
record
your
trip
according
to
your
last
selection.
If
by
consulting
your
account
you
realise
you
have
not
chosen
the
right
type,
you
can
change
it
manually.
To
do
so,
you
have
to
select
the
trip
in
question
and
double
‐
click
on
the
recorded
trip
(in
the
“Type
of
trip”
column)
and
select
the
right
one.
6.
The
beeping
sound
goes
off
when
I
am
in
heavy
traffic.
If
your
vehicle
stays
put,
without
moving
or
vibrating,
it
is
likely
that
the
unit
will
consider
that
you
have
stopped
and
can
start
beeping.
Do
not
take
that
into
account.
