IMMERSING THE BASKETS
The baskets can be immersed in the cooking pan in the following 2 ways:
Baskets immersed upon reaching the SETPOINT temperature
This is recommended when the cooking liquid (water or oil) is not yet at the required temperature, or
when a precise temperature of the cooking liquid is required, before immersing the basket.
When the following key
becomes dark grey when pressed
= lowering enabled at SETPOINT temperature.
When the key is pressed again it turns light grey and the function is disabled!
When the SETPOINT temperature is reached, a message appears with a countdown for basket lowering,
at the end of which the key appears
(in dark grey) until the baskets are automatically lowered to
the cooking position.
