6- Using a 3/8” wrench, and turning in a clockwise direction,
assemble the thermocouple tube (the copper tube) to the valve
thermo block. ( SEE FIGURE 19 & 20 )
7- Using a 7/16” wrench, and turning in a clockwise direction,
assemble the pilot gas line to the gas connection on the valve.
( SEE FIGURE 19 & 20)
8- Using an adjustable wrench, and turning in a clockwise direction,
assemble the main flex gas line to the valve.
( SEE FIGURE 19 & 20 )
9- Using a #2 Phillips Screw Driver and two (2) 3/8” machine screws,
mount the valve to the valve shield, in the angled hole position.
( SEE FIGURE 21 )
10- Using an adjustable wrench, and turning in a clockwise direction,
assemble the main flex gas line to the burner manifold.
( SEE FIGURE 22 )
11- Locate the pilot bracket mounting hole on the rear, right hand side
of the burner. ( SEE FIGURE 23 )
12- Using a #2 Phillips Screw Driver and a 3/8” sheet metal screw,
mount the pilot. ( SEE FIGURE 22, 24, & 25 )
13- Mount the two (2) drafting clips (left & right) on the outsides of the
rear burner, making sure to clip to the rear, with the planes facing
out, left and right. (SEE FIGURE 26 )
14- Go to Step 1, “INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE INTO THE
FIREPLACE”, on page 10.
