Safety instructions
The Jetclean machine is designed for semi-industrial and industrial use and must only be used by professionals.
- Before use:
Read the users’ manual carefully and use the security devices furnished with the machine.
Install the machine near to a compliant compressed air supply of between 6 bar / 86 psi < p < 8 bar / 116 psi.
Ground the equipment
In order to operate your appliance, you need to pay close attention to the following instructions:
Wear safety goggles and gloves and use the personal protective equipment recommended by the supplier of your paint or cleaning
product (water or solvent-based).
Position the machine in a ventilated, sheltered area where the temperature is b5 °C and +40 °C.
Clean the machine: use a damp cloth soaked in cleaning product (water or solvent-based).
The Jetclean is suitable for use in explosive atmospheres (zone 2). Installation and repair must be carried out by a qualified engineer.
Only ATEX certified regulated filters are to be used
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any damages arising from failure to observe the instructions
and guidelines for safe handling of equipment.

A fault with a cleaning product aerosol
Damage and/or accidents caused when handling aerosols
Risk analysis - General guidelines for safe handling of equipment:
Danger
Do not use cleaning products other than those approved by Fillon Technologies in the Jetclean machine
Do not install the Jetclean machine in a paint booth
Do not use the Jetclean machine for anything other than cleaning spray guns with disposable cups
Do not use collection tanks other than those approved by Fillon Technologies in the Jetclean machine
Do not mix water-based and solvent-based waste in the same collector jug,
Do not use a the Jetclean machine in poorly ventilated areas
Do not use the Jetclean machine without wearing safety goggles and gloves
Do not connect the spray gun to be cleaned to an air system with pressure greater than 2.5 bar / 36 psi
Always use an electrically grounded air hose.
Do not obstruct the air exhaust area on the back of the machine
Do not operate the unit close to strong heat sources, open flames, burning cigarettes, etc. in order to avoid the ignition of the
potential vapour.
All ATEX equipment operators must be trained for explosive environments.

Do not use the Jetclean machine without first carefully reading the manual
Do not use a Jetclean machine without it being attached to the wall or to a workbench
Do not use a self-lubricated air network to supply the Jetclean machine
Do not use rusty or damaged cleaning product aerosols
Do not store anything in the Jetclean machine
Do not supply a Jetclean machine with air pressure over 9 bar / 131 psi
Caution
Do not connect the Jetclean machine to an air system of less than 6 bar / 86 psi
Do not connect the Jetclean machine to a filterless air system
Do not exceed the maximum waste collection tank level
Do not climb or sit on the Jetclean machine
Do not let dust or splashes of paint build up on the Jetclean machine
Do not use the dry and fill functions at the same time
Maintenance
Before carrying out maintenance: disconnect the machine’s air supply and read the manual
To keep the Jetclean machine in proper working order, clean the machine regularly with a cloth soaked in suitable cleaning product
To avoid build-up of electrostatic charges, only clean the plastic parts with a cloth soaked in suitable cleaning product (water or
solvent-based.
Empty the waste in the collection tank and/or the holding tank into a suitable receptacle. The suitable receptacles will be stored before
being disposed of in accordance with regulations in force.
