SIA Format

In the SIA8 and SIA20 formats, the 10-2556 transmits the English description shown in the first
column of Table 6-1. At the central station, the 9000 receiver prints the English message shown in
the second column. All zones can be programmed as FIRE, WATERFLOW, UNDEFINED, or
SPRINKLER. Note that in Column 2 below "FIRE" is used as an example. The actual word
printed will be whatever zone type has been programmed.
