Release seven screws as shown in the picture below, and then remove heat sink plate by 
slightly lifting it up.

Use a flat screw driver and insert it into the CPU socket and tilt it towards in front of you 
to unlock CPU from the socket. It’s recommended to use the protective tooling securing 
CPU against damage.
