By sending AT+CPWROFF=0 command, the module will start the finalization process (the reverse
process of initialization), and it will be completed after tsd time (tsd is the time which AP receive OK of
“AT+CPWROFF=0”, if there is no response, max tsd is 5s). In the finalization process, the module will
save the network, SIM card and some other parameters from memory, do the logout, then clear the
memory and shut down PMU. The recommend control timing is shown in Figure 3-6:

Notes:
1. When using PCIe as the data transmission interface, PERST # is connected to the host,
please refer to the control sequence in the figure above.
2. When using USB interface only, PERST # is left floating, ignore the control sequence in the
figure above about PERST #.
3.3.3 Module Reset
The FM150 module can reset to its initial status by pulling down the RESET# signal for more than 20ms
(30ms is recommended), and module will restart after RESET# signal is released. When customer
executes RESET# function, the PMU will power off inside the module. The recommended circuit design is
shown in the Figure 3-7:
