Commissioning the pneumatic components with manual override (MO)
A valve that has been actuated by an electric signal cannot be reset by the manual override. The
electrical signal is dominant in this case.
• Reset the electrical signal before operating the manual override.
1. Switch on the compressed air supply.
2. Reset electrical signals on controlled valves.
3. Test the functioning and effect of every valve-actuator combination by actuating the corre-
sponding manual override.
4. With detenting actuation of the MO:
After testing the valves, make sure that all MOs are unlocked so the valves are back in normal
position.
5. Switch off the compressed air supply after testing the valves.
Non-detenting operation of the manual override, automatic reset (VSVA-...ZH-...)
1. Use a screwdriver to push in the plunger of the MO until the valve switches.

The valve moves to switching position.
2. Keep the plunger of the MO pressed.
Ä
The valve remains in switching position.
3. Release the plunger.
