Commissioning carrying out
Please note
Linear module type HMP−...−B−... exceeds the permitted retracting/extending
times if the piston strikes against a non−pressurized chamber and thereby dam
ages the cushioning system.

Make sure that the linear module always moves against a pressurized
chamber.
Otherwise, the linear module will very soon exceed the maximum permitted
speed.
1. Push the guide tube into the park position.
2. Pressurize the park position of the linear module.
3. Slowly pressurize the side of the intermediate position module Z1A/Z1E which
swings in the stop lever.
4. Start a test run in accordance with the operating instructions for the linear
module at low frequency and at low impact speed.
