The CP system consists of individual modules which are con
nected to each other by means of CP cables. In this way it is
possible to decentralize the arrangement of the CP system.
The compact CP valve terminals can be mounted very close to
the cylinders to be controlled. This enables short compressed
air tubing to be used.
System losses can be minimized if short compressed air tub
ing is used and the times required for pressurizing and ex
hausting the tubing can be reduced.
This enables smaller valves with sufficient flow to be used,
thereby helping to reduce costs.
