Installation

Install Collector Mount Plate

Identify and follow the correct procedure for your unit.

(1000Z & IS1000Z Series)

 1.  Remove the hardware securing the rear bumper 

screen (A, Figure 24) to the top and bottom 
bumpers (A, B).  Save the 3/8” bolts and washers 
from the lower bumper.

  2  .Install the collector mount plate (Figure 25) on to 

the lower bumper and secure with the previously 
removed 3/8” bolts, 3/8” washers (B) and new 3/8-
16 nylock flange nuts (E).

 3.  Install the 3/8-16 x 1-1/2” bolts and 3/8” washers 

(C) through the top mount holes as shown in 
Figure 26.  Install the support bar (D) and secure 
with the 3/8-16 nylock flange nuts (E).
